How do I register for the conference and make the payment?
The Register button on the website provides you options to register for a single person, two people and group registration. Once you select an option, you will be taken to payment page where you can enter your info. You can make the payment using a credit/debit card.

What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee includes access to all the sessions and events, all day snacks, coffee/tea, breakfast from February 19th to 21st, lunch on February 19th & 20th, and dinner on February 18th. Travel and accommodation are not included.

How can International Franchisees obtain US visa for the conference?
Please visit your local US Embassy website to find out the requirements to obtain a US visa for your conference visit. If you require an invitation letter from our end for visa purposes, please contact our Support team.

How can I reserve my room at the hotel for the conference? Do we get special rates?
We have secured block rooms at the “Sahara Las Vegas”, where the conference is scheduled. The discounted rates for Stroomverse participants will be starting at USD 81 + tax per night. This rate includes a daily resort fee of USD 42. The rooms are available at this price from 18th to 21st February, 2024. Please click here to book early as availability of rooms are limited.

How far is the venue from the airport? How do I get there?
Sahara Las Vegas is 4.5 miles away from Harry Reid International Airport and 7 miles away from North Las Vegas Airport. The hotel has partnered up with LAS Xpress to provide airport shuttle services starting at USD 15 one way. You can also take The Las Vegas Monorail or Lyft & Uber Rideshare Services. Can we bring in our family for the conference?
Kindly note that the conference and the related activities are for adult participants only. There will be no childcare provided. If you wish to bring in your family to visit Las Vegas, you are free to do so. The hotel can accomodate upto 2 people per room.

What time will the conference end on the 20th February to book our flights out?
The conference ends by 5PM on 20th February and you are free to continue stay and explore Las Vegas or make your ongoing travel plans.
