How do I register for the conference and make the payment?
The Register button on the website provides you options to register for a single person and two people. Once you select an option, you will be taken to payment page where you can enter your info. You can make the payment using a credit/debit card.

What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee includes access to all the sessions and events, daily entertainments, all day snacks, coffee/tea, hotel stay from February 10th to 15th, breakfast from February 11th to 15th, and lunch on all conference days. Travel is not included.

Do I need visa to visit Dubai for the conference?
Whether you need a visa or not is dependent on your country of citizenship. Most passport holders are eligible for a visa on arrival at no cost. However, others may need to apply for a visa beforehand. Click here to find out the visa requirements. If you require assistance with visa, please contact our Support team.

How can I reserve my room at the hotel for the conference? Do we get special rates?
We have secured block rooms at the “Grand Mercure Dubai”, where the conference is scheduled. The discounted rates for StroomVerse participants are included in your conference fee. The rooms are available from 10th to 15th February, 2026. Please click here to book early as availability of rooms are limited.

How far is the venue from the airport? How do I get there?
Grand Mercure Dubai is only a kilometer away from Dubai International Airport and 27 kilometers away from Sharjah International Airport. You can also take Dubai Metro or Airport Taxi Services. For more information please visit the hotel website.

Can we bring in our family for the conference?
Kindly note that the conference and the related activities are for adult participants only. There will be no childcare provided. If you wish to bring in your family to visit Dubai, you are free to do so. The hotel can accomodate upto 2 people per room.

What time will the conference end on the 14th February to book our flights out?
The conference ends by 11PM on 14th February and you are free to continue stay and explore Dubai or make your ongoing travel plans. You conference booking includes your stay until 12:00 PM 15th February.
